Due a director and shareholder looking to leave the business an opportunity arose to allow me to invest personally in Eclipse. As part of the the change I also increased my duties and took on a role as a company director.
I am currently investing a lot of time in the development of the Eclipse self service port (ESS) in order to allow our customers to do things themselves that once required a call or email into our support teams. This is popular with customers and also decreased demand on our customer service team.

Management of billing and IT systems for Eclipse Networks. Eclipse Networks provide solutions on a business to business basis with a portfolio of products inluding line rental (WLR3), leased lines, MPLS, hosting and broadband.

Support for British Airways email systems. This consisted of Lotus Notes client, Lotus Domino Server, Legato Networker and Postini. Within this role my particular interest was external communications with other companies which generally consisted of troubleshooting SMTP issues.
I also supported the initial support and monitoring of self service kiosks in airports world wide. This was later handed down to a dedicated team once the support process was established.
twenty4help were an IT outsourcing company, owned by the United Internet group. I was a supervisor for the technical support operation for 1&1 Internet. twenty4help was recently aquired by Teleperformance.
